These Terms and Conditions envisage the rules and process of conduction of the prize draw, arranged on the occasion of the Indian T20 League (the “T20 League”) (the “Draw”), which will be conducted from 28 April till 30 May 2023 (the “Activation Period”).

Section 1. Eligibility

1.1. Only individuals who have attained the age of majority in accordance with the law, applicable to the individual, at the time of their participation shall be considered valid participant (the “Participant”). 

1.2. The Participant can participate in the Draw only from one IP address. In case we find out that the Participant created several accounts for participation in the Draw, we will be entitled to exclude the Participant from the Draw. 

1.3. In case the Participant fails to meet the requirement, mentioned above, the organizers reserve the right to exclude the Participant from the Draw and/or forfeit the Participant’s prize, if any. 

Section 2. Participation in the Draw

2.1. In order to participate in the Draw, the Participant shall perform the following steps:

2.1.1. To take the quiz, which will be offered to the Participant by the organizers and also be available at: https://45kqjinrlus.typeform.com/parimatch-sport and correctly answer all the questions;

2.1.2. Provide the organizers of the Draw their (i) name, (ii) contact telephone number, and (iii) e-mail address;

2.1.3. Press the button “Submit”.

2.2. Following completion of all steps, mentioned in par. 2.1. above, the Participant will automatically become the participant of the Draw.

2.3. If any of the information provided by the Participant pursuant to Clause 2.1.2. is found to be false or inaccurate, the organizers reserve the right to exclude the Participant from the Draw and/or forfeit the Participant’s prize, if any. 

Section 3. Prize pool

4.1. The prize pool of the Draw consists of the following items:

4.1.1. 17 (seventeen) vouchers amounting to INR 10 000 for shopping in Parimatch Sports shop

Section 4. Selection of the winner

5.1. The winner of one voucher will be chosen every time the contest video is released at the Youtube account of Aakash Chopra  randomly among the Participants within the Activation Period.

5.2. The results of the draw of each voucher will be published on https://parimatchsports.shop/ within 12 hours after the conduction of the draw of each voucher.

 5.3. We will reach the winner over the telephone or email, indicated in the contact details information within 3 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4. The gift will be sent as a promo-code via email indicated in contact details.

5.5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered, unless expressly indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5.6. Our decision regarding any aspects of the prize or the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Section 6. Miscellaneous

6.1. We have the right to amend the terms, conditions and requirements of the Draw, cancel or renew the Draw, or refuse to allow any of the Participants to participate at any time without prior notice for any or no reasons.

6.2. The Participant may be requested to: 

6.2.1. provide identification documents to validate its identity at our first request;

6.2.2. provide photographic evidence of himself holding his identification documents with visible Participant’s face in the photo;

6.2.3. undergoes identification via telephone.

In case the Participant's failure or refusal to comply with one of the abovementioned requests, we reserve the right to reclaim the prize, won by the Participant and/or revoke the Participant’s entitlement to participate in the Draw.

6.3. We reserve the right to amend and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modification shall take effect immediately upon the new version of the Terms and Conditions is published on Website. 

6.5. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

6.6. The Participant is solely and fully responsible for any consequences of this participation in the Draw and is under sole obligation to verify whether his participation is in compliance with the law, applicable to him. 

Section 7. Taxes 

7.1. The Participant is solely and fully responsible for any consequences of this participation in the Draw and is under sole obligation to verify whether his participation is in compliance with the law, applicable to him.

7.2. If we believe ourselves to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, we have the right to close the Participant’s account and freeze the remaining balance.

Section 8. Privacy

8.1. By participating in this Draw and providing the organizers with the information, outlined in Clause 2.1.2. the Participant understands and agrees that the organizers may collect, use, and disclose the said information for the purpose of administering the Draw and for any other purposes that are deemed to be appropriate by the organizers at their sole discretion. 

8.2. The participant also understands and agrees that the organizers may use information collected as per Clause 2.1.2. to send the Participant the information about different products, services, promotions, and other marketing communications that the organizers believe may be of interest to the Participant. The Participant may contact organizers to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

8.3. By providing the organizers with the information, outlined in Clause 2.1.2. the Participant represents and warrants that the Participant has the right to disclose such information and that it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The organizers are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the disclosure of inaccurate or incomplete information.
